High Point View came on the Market in January 2019, The 14 townhouse properties developed as a joint venture between Aspire Care Group and North Tyneside Council forming part of the £36m seafront master plan regenerating the coastline between Whitley Bay and Cullercoats Bay. 

Aspire enlisted the services of Neil Wilson Design to provide the interior design concept and fit out for the 4 bedroom, show home. The brief was to create a beautiful show home that met the aspirations of potential buyers. NWD began with profiling the emerging customer from initial customer interest, local area knowledge, price and architectural design; and from this let the design take flight. 

The show home has been a huge success that reflects the contemporary design of the build yet provides a wide market appeal. The interior is warm and homely taking appreciation to its surroundings and allows each viewer to feel immersed in a house that feels like home and a desirable place to live.
